Bakersfield Trio Team Up to Win National Bright House Networks Video Contest; Prize Includes Big-screen TV, Year of Free Digital Video Service
Bakersfield, CA (September 17, 2009) Angie Griffin’s dad was watching TV one night when a commercial caught his attention. Bright House Networks was seeking entries into a national contest calling for viewers to create short videos showing how they watch TV on the most dated, vintage and unbelievably archaic TVs still out there.
Mary Griffin, Chad Nikolaus, and Angie Griffin won a 52-inch Sony Bravia S-series LCD HDTV, a year’s worth of free Bright House Networks digital cable service and a high-definition DVR. Their total prize package carries a retail value of $3,500. The trio plan to share their prize at the new apartment they’re moving into.
