Then tune in to Bakersfield On Demand, Digital Channel 300 on Bright House Networks. You could see your video, as well as those of your friends and neighbors, on You On Demand.

THE REQUIREMENTS

| • Your video must be limited to a maximum of 10 minutes. |
| • We cannot return your tape or DVD. Please keep a copy of your material. |
| • Video submitted without the signed and completed Release Form will not be used. |
| • Videos must be on DVD, VHS or Mini-DV. |
| • Video that includes vulgar language, nudity or other content of an adult nature will snot be accepted. |
| • We reserve the right to edit content for any reason. |
| • Bakersfield on Demand reserves the right to refuse content for any reason. |
